Submitting Midterm & Final Grades
- Log onto Okta to Access Self Service: https://aurorauniversity.okta.com/
- Select Self-Service Login from the menu.
- Select the Faculty category.

- Select the course to submit grades.

- Select the Grading tab. Then, select Midterm Grade or Final Grade.
- Assign a Midterm or Final Grade for each student on the roster.
- Midterm Grades
- Midterm grades only need to be reported for freshman students.
- Midterm grades are only reported in the fall and spring semesters.
- If the student never attended, select Never Attended.
- When you are ready to submit midterm grades, select Post Grades. You can select “Cancel” if you need to review your grades.
- Final Grades
- If the student never attended, select Never Attended.
- “F” and “NCR” grades require a Last Date of Attendance to also be reported.
- For Final Grades: Students requesting an Incomplete or X Grade, leave the Final Grade blank. You will need to complete and submit the grade petition.
- When you are ready to submit grades, select Post Grades. You can select “Cancel” if you need to review your grades


- To confirm all grades were submitted, follow steps 1-4 to review you grading roster.
